Need to Translate Your Complex Project Into Stakeholder Authority?
Project: High-Stakes Architectural Engineering & Visual Narrative | Dartmouth
The Challenge: To document the 2025 completion of a bespoke, four-story luxury build on a vertical cliffside plot. This project required more than just cinematography; it required a deep understanding of “cliffside logistics,” managing a site with zero room for error and extremely tight access.
The Strategy: Produced in collaboration with Marcus Ward (Ward and Masters Construction) and the design team at BBH Architecture and Interiors, we developed a specialist architectural narrative. Working closely with Site Manager Dom Valenti, we captured the technical mastery required to navigate the complex cliffside logistics. Our goal was to demonstrate how the “minimalist sensibilities” of the build harmonize with the natural flow of the Dartmouth hillside, engineering a visual sequence that validates the precision required to deliver a project on such a vertical plot.
The Result: A definitive high-end asset that serves as ultimate proof-of-delivery for the architects and contractors. Completed in late 2025, the film effectively communicates the team’s ability to solve complex logistical challenges for high-net-worth clients.
Commercial Property Redevelopment | Torquay, South West
Project: Strategic Regeneration & Stakeholder Validation | Torquay
The Challenge: To document the high-stakes conversion of a disused hotel into 14 energy-efficient apartments—balancing the commercial marketing needs of private developers with the policy-driven requirements of local government.
The Strategy: Working in collaboration with Torbay Council and Armada Property UK, I engineered a dual-purpose visual narrative. The brief was twofold: create a high-impact marketing showcase for Ben Coggins at Armada Property and provide specialist evidentiary footage for Torbay Council to engage current and future stakeholders.
By highlighting the project’s Strategic Fit—from the Co Create Architects design to the sustainable energy-efficient boilers and solar integration—the narrative validates the project’s success in meeting local housing demand ahead of schedule.
The Result: A unified brand narrative for Bramcourt Ltd and its partners that demonstrates the economic and community impact of high-quality, sustainable social housing in South Devon.

Project: Sustainable Hospitality & Circular Economy Narrative | East Devon
The Challenge: To translate the complex “Field-to-Fork” ethos of a 100% off-grid establishment into a compelling visual brand. Coldharbour Field Kitchen isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a sustainable ecosystem that operates entirely on solar power, spring water, and a zero-waste-to-landfill policy.
The Strategy: Produced in collaboration with Hayley Parker of Flame Marketing and owners Andrea Broadhurst and Beth Ashfield, we engineered a narrative centered on “Radical Transparency.” By highlighting the site’s heritage (dating back to the 1930s) alongside its modern energy independence, we aligned the visual output with the business’s 2026 ambitions for inclusivity and self-sufficiency. Our focus was on demonstrating the “Asset Value” of their community-centric model—from the upcycled construction of the Kitchen to the on-site production of their own honey, pork, and “Flaming Barrel” gin.
The Result: A high-authority brand film that positions Coldharbour as a leader in sustainable hospitality. The asset effectively communicates the “Field Kitchen” atmosphere to a regional audience, driving engagement for their 140-cover venue and supporting the farm shop’s expansion into artisan retail.
